The engagement began with a Discovery & Solution Design Workshop at Remedy’s Cremorne office. Ahead of the session, AQ distributed an optional pre-work survey to gather team input, ensuring the workshop was grounded in Remedy’s real challenges. During the session, AQ introduced a change management framework, reviewed existing systems, and co-designed initial Asana workflows.
Together, we identified how to best leverage Asana’s flexibility, outlining three core workflows for the upcoming Build-It-With-You (BIWY) prototyping sessions. This phase concluded with an agreed project schedule and an Asana 101 training session to ensure the team was confident and ready.
In this phase, AQ facilitated live BIWY prototyping sessions to align Asana with Remedy’s operational goals. The sessions focused on building a New Product Development (NPD) workflow, covering project schedules, dependency management, custom fields, and status reporting, Asana and PageProof integration to streamline Packaging Approvals and introduced best practices for both tools and the final session focused on optimising existing marketing processes across various Asana sub-teams, improving meeting structures, task management, and overall process efficiency.
The focus shifted to sustaining and scaling Asana adoption across Remedy. AQ led interactive Asana Time Q&A sessions, offering ongoing expert support, refining workflows, and embedding best practices. The engagement concluded with an Impact Review Workshop, where we assessed efficiency gains, highlighted key improvements, and developed strategies for continuous optimisation. This comprehensive approach ensured that Remedy Drinks not only implemented Asana successfully but also achieved lasting improvements in their operational workflows.
