However, with recent staff turnover and new team members joining, there were varying levels of familiarity and engagement with the platform. Some team members expressed reluctance to fully adopt Asana, creating a need to ensure everyone had a foundational understanding of its capabilities. With a total of ~15 staff, their processes relied on tools like event templates and workflows for inbound requests managed through a traffic manager. This was followed by two interactive virtual training sessions, each 1.5 hours long, focusing on Asana features, team conventions, and productivity strategies, with Q&A and use-case deep dives. After the training, we conducted an impact review to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
